Interesting, given that Ryle won that scrimmage. So if they looked horrible, Dixie must have looked utterly horrific to you. And, if I'm not mistaken, this is a team SK just barely managed to squeak by, correct? So now I'm left trying to decipher what it is you just said about your own team, though I'm pretty certain you just unintentionally took a shot at the Pioneers.

Other than the Highlands game and some playoff games, Ryle will probably not need to rely on the pass to beat the rest of the teams on their schedule, including the SK game.

 

Probably correct. But when the next Highlands game and playoff games do come around, it won't be so easy to just turn on the passing switch if you haven't used it much all season long. Ryle has bigger goals than just the NKY 6A title and they're going to have to use the passing game to reach those goals.

I'm sure you're right, I don't know for certain. But their ultimate goal still remains focused on being competitive downstate. And I think they're well on their way.

Don't worry, there is no NKY 6A team that will EVER win a state championship. Keep working hard though, might make it to the game. It's just the nature of the beast and the way things are set up. It is what it is.
