Track the Reds (2nd Half, Week 5)

Featured Replies

You have to be concerned about Leake at this point. Don't you?

Why?

5.22 ERA/.322 OBA in June?

4.56 ERA/.296 OBA in July?

12.60 ERA/.400 OBA in August?

Uh, yes.

We now know who Homer will be replacing.

Reds will score two runs....... in the series.

Would love to make a wager on that one. Wow...........

Was anyone else remotely concerned with the Reds starting a rookie in game 1 of this very important series?

Absolutely... Had no business being out to start game one of this big of a series. He looked thoroughly overwhelmed and confused in the fourth inning.

If the king of overreacting says it, it must be so...

Cardinals are doing it tomorrow. Do you think that's a bad choice for them as well?

Who is starting for them?

Garcia...

Garcia...

As I'm sure you know he's not a rookie.

Would love to be able to get to the Cards bullpen sooner rather than later. Didn't the Reds win the last Carpenter start 8-7? Get to the pen & put some runs up.

You guys are unbelievable. It's been a long time since the club has been in 1st place 9 days into August. I for one am enjoying the season. This is a fun team to watch. Believe it or not, they will not win all of their remaining games. No reason to make such a big deal about it.

Go Reds!

Who is starting for them?

He only had 16 career innings in '08...

As I'm sure you know he's not a rookie.

So 9 relief appearances and 1 start in 2010 make him a veteran???
