Track the Reds (Week 10)

Featured Replies

I am getting real tired of watching our pitchers walking players, giving up leads and letting pitchers get hits on fastballs right down the middle. Especially American League pitchers.

I just don't believe the Reds are mentally tough enough to beat the Cardinals. :irked::madman::irked::madman:

Does anyone else want to turn this game off besides me. :madman::madman::madman:

You mean the Royals?

7-5 Good Guys

Nice bounce back by the home team. Looks like the Reds might get the game back that they lost to the Cards last night.

Great night out at the ballpark. Dissapointed Rhodes did not throw at KC... gotta protect your family.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a Royal plunked tomorrow.

I hope this does happen.

I don't think Rhodes is the kind of guy to do that thing nor do I think he should be at his age.

Actually, I like the team's demeanor and attitude following the beanings.... ignore and just play ball. However, if teams continue to throw at Red hot hitters like Gomes, some retribution may be necessary. Dusty said in the post-game interview that he didn't think the beanings were intentional. He then went on to mention three or four times that he HOPED they were not intentional. Baker's a nice guy, but I think he had a problem with it. I wouldn't be surprised to see a plunking today. Gomes was clearly perturbed after getting hit.

Yeah, Gomes looked like he was close to going, but the ump probably started talking about games missed and that sort of thing, which ain't worth it over an interleague game. If that's Doubleday's boys, however, I say go for it. There may have even been some past issues from Gomes' TB days?
