I'm pretty sure that White Christmas is available in a six or twelve pack, but it is much harder to find this way. I got mine in the winter sampler pack.

I enjoyed it and wanted more than the 2 that came in the variety pack. Not better than Winter Lager but I did like it.

Had a Snow Drift last night. It was decent.

I lucked out on Wednesday. I stoppe at Everything's D'vine at noon and they had a case of Zombie Dust. I bought two six packs. One for myself and the other for a Christmas gift. I also picked up a six pack of Bitter American by 21st Amendment. It's a hoppy pale ale at 4.8 ABV.

I'm up visiting my mom's family in the winter wonderland that is the Quad Cities area. In addition to some eagle photography, I'm hoping to visit some of their very cool microbreweries on both sides of the river. Best thing about it is one of them is half a block from a kick-butt record store.

Got a bottle of my favorite ale, Chimay Grande Reserve (Blue).

Picking up some (Growler) of 3 Floyd's "Gumball Head" from Red Dot here in Frankfort. I've never had it. Looking forward to it.

Very tough to find indeed. Party Source and Jungle Jim's sold out.

 

White Christmas is my favorite winter brew so far. I am a wheat lover though.

Tried the 3 Floyd's "Gumball Head" Draft. It was a bit too hoppy for me in general. But it does go down smooth.

I had the Budweiser Brewmaster's Project 12 sample pack last night, It consists of North Pacific Style Lager, Beechwood Bock, and Vanilla Bourbon Cask. All three were pretty good, but the Beechwood Bock was really good. Would like to find some of that packaged by itself.

I purchased two growlers this weekend. Mad Tree's Thundersnow, which is a spiced Scottish ale and it's very good. The other is Alpha King's holiday cousing, Alpha Klaus. Very good stuff.

I had a six pack of the new Sam Adams seasonal Cold Snap last night. It was pretty good as are most Sam Adams brews. Reminded me a lot of a Blue Moon or Harpoon UFO White.
