I'm guessing he may not wind up there with all of the issues they are having with the NCAA.

Well obviously your missing the part in the article where it says he's been out several games with a knee injury.

How will this affect his scholarship offer? If he's already signed, the university has to honor the contract, right?

If he's a D-1 signee one would think he should have better stats than what is listed.
