It's all about the pipeline schools for the U. Alot of their feeder schools just didn't have guys they wanted this season especially the MNW players which was disappointing to me. They wanted Harris but couldn't offer him enough PT from what I gather. There's all kinds of rumors about Chandler but whatever he did must have been bad, especially if it what I heard. I don't ever expect the U to get the big names like OSU or UF do, it's just not something they do often unless they're from a pipeline. I kind of like it better like that though anyone would obviously love to have a player like Henderson.:thumb:

January 31, 201016 yr Are any UK fans concerned about the #73 ranked recruiting class? Not really concerned with the defensive side of things. Seems like a lot of good talent coming in on that side of the ball. I am concerned with the offensive side of the ball, though.

January 31, 201016 yr Alex Smith was at Rupp again yesterday. Wonder if he will say he wasn't again? UK's overall rank is not real good and it is that alone that keeps them where they are in the SEC. Have to recruit better talent. The last few years have been productive, and they have a lot of young kids in the program. That is why you saw some coaches jettisoned for some recruiters, ala Mike Summers. UK is holding out to pull a few biggies in on Wednesday. DJ Howard for one, and a few others who will be going to the wire.
