Do you really think Quinn would want to be the head coach here? He has followed BK from Grand Valley State to CMU to UC. Just curious what you think.

Yes Quinn very much wants the job...

Do you think he could carry on with the same kind of success?

Asking for double digit wins every season will be hard to expect from anyone, but I know the players have a ton of respect for Quinn and are pulling for him to get the job. I think he could keep them at 8-10 wins a season and regularly compete for a Big East title as long as he had the right staff around him...

Thanks, GT. I just want to see UC get the best coach they can to continue being a treat in the Big East. If Quinn is that guy, I hope they can keep him for a long, long timer to come. :thumb:

Are you now thinking that he might be a good candidate or that he might get it?

If I had to guess he is 3rd on the list going into the interviews, but there are a lot of people close to the program pushing for him to get the job. I still think they go with someone that has HC experience, but Quinn has gained a lot of ground early in the process...

Any coach who takes over at UC is taking over a "BCS" program right now. UC just has to get someone in there who can keep it that.

What about Urban Meyer? He's a UC grad. Maybe this is the job that he turned down ND for???????

Steve Kragthorpe is looking for a job to destroy..........

Skip Holtz is an interesting thought that hadn't crossed my mind. He has done a good job at East Carolina getting them into bowls. He's ready to move up to some extent.

With all the negative stuff and crying around here I thought I'd lighten the mood. :thumb:.
