BTW an on a side note, I obviously haven't seen everyone but imo it would be very hard not to present LCA's D. Hayden with the Mr. Football award. This young man is a bulldozer wearing cleats :scared:.

I will go with the team from the mountains. This Hazard team has a bunch of speed and plays good "D".

I agree WO.

There is no way Hazard wins this one. I believe that LCA is focused and determined not to let either Raceland or Hazard stop them from reaching Bowling Green....and you saw what they did to us (Raceland) Friday night! The score may be similar to ours this week. Good luck to both teams and hopefully I am wrong and the game will be a lot closer than I am anticipating.

Massey predicts this game to be LCA 43 - Haz 22 when run head-to-head.

They have yet to post their actual predictions yet...

LCA by 21.

I am rooting for LCA to get some payback for last season and fulfill their destiny as the 2009 Class A State Champs.

LCA 42

Hazard 20

I think that LCA's defense will be way to much for Hazard to overcome. LCA 42-14. LCA's kick off team does a great job of getting the ball in the corner and than filling the lanes with the outside containment staying home. I think that is what impressed me most about the kicking game. I don't know about the punting game. They never had to punt against us. Compared to all the other games we played. Our defense wasn't bad. WE gave up 20.2 ppg. But our offense gave up alot of those point. The LCA offense went through us like they were going up against the freshmen squad. If there is a better team out there this year I want to see them. The offenssive line ate our defensive line up. And they killed our linebackers. And that was the strength of our team. We did make it to the third round. So it wasn't like we didn't have a good team. LCA is just a great team on both sides of the ball. Lil Rams 68, 1 and myself will be at this game. Whats a 125 miles one way when you can see a great high school football game. Plus the boys said that is what we were going to do friday!

LCA 42

HHS 14

LCA 42-14.

Per weather.com:

46 degrees (Friday's high)

40-ish by Kickoff

30% chance of rain/snow showers

Closer than expected.
