I heard on WYMT that Highland's record against Mountain teams is something like 27-3. Who were the mountain teams that beat Highlands and when?
Rockcastle did it (on their own field) once. Not sure, other than that.

Over the past 15 post-seasons, Highlands is 35-3 (92%) at home, 9-1 (90%) in the semi-finals, and 52-7 (88%) overall. :thumb:

Those are just staggering numbers. 88% winning percentage in the playoffs. Amazing. Pulaski has had a great run this season but I don't see any way for them to pull this one off. I'll take Highlands 48-21.

Corbin beat them 10-0 in a season ending game in 1962. I assume that this was a playoff game, but I'm not sure how they ran it back then. (I would have been about a month old.)

They don't have a middle school program per se. They have the Ft. Thomas Junior Football League, which runs from third grade to eighth grade (in three levels), teaching Highlands football.

I wonder if the Birds will run the super secret play this week?
