I got to see some of the Bellevue/Ludlow game on replay on ICN6. The thing that impressed me about Bellevue is the diversity in their offense. All we hear about is Buckler but Bellevue has a couple of other nice skill players on offense. Watch the battle on the trenches and you will quickly see how this game is going to go. Beechwood's smaller line has struggled at times this season so if Bellevue is to win, they need to be able to win it in the trenches. I expect Rigdon to have a big game running the ball for Beechwood.

Bellevue is a good team but Beechwood is just better. I would like to know what classifies Beechwood as having a down year. They are still as talented as they always are and with Rigdon,Colisimo,Vokke and company they have as many great players as usual. Beechwood 35-14. Good luck to both teams.

I disagree, they are still good, but this team isn't as good as the past two seasons. I would say that the team last year would beat this one badly.

I think Beechwood Gets up early and contains the Bellevue running game. 34-13 Beechwood wins.

Beechwoods weakness is Bellevues strength. I have not seen Bellevue play but know they run alot with Buckler. I think this game will be closer than some may think. Beechwoods speed will be a problem for Bellevue, IMO.

 

I know last year there were some BIG hits by Beechwood on some of the outside defenders for Bellevue. Some hits that they never seen coming. If echoes of these hits are still ringing in the heads of Bellevue it could be a long night.

 

This game matters for seeding and I look for a rematch in the regional final.Beechwood should take care of business.

 

Buckler will get over a hundred yards, but will it be enough? I don't think so.

I have seen some box scores for Bellevue this season. Hegge has had 2 or 3 INT'S for TD'S. What position does he play?

IMO Beechwood is the # 1 team in class A until another class A team beats them. Fortunately for Bellevue we can hope for another year like 2005. Everyone says BW is down this year the only thing down is their weight. They're not as big as the years past but from what I'm hearing they are faster.

 

Bellevue is big this year by their standards and they have some speed. I'm looking for a great game. If Bellevue can contain Beechwood they will win.

The field is in surprisingly good condition. Not quite as good as Beechwood is. The Bellevue tigers will be doing our rain dance this week. Seriously though if we get rain it will turn to mud fast it has been a wet year and the field has taken some abuse.
