Do you all think so? Either one would be feasable for fans from either area. I would think Cincinnati would do better than Lexington as they would compete with the beloved UK. I personally would love to see Cincinnato get one and would attend regularly.

However I am a big NBA fan as most of you know and I would easy attend multiple games a year if we had a team. Too bad I won't even get the chance to actually do it. It won't happen. I think Louisville would be a better option than either of these 2 places and I still don't think it would work there.

It would have absolutely 0 chance in Lexington for obvious reasons. Cincinnati has about a 5% chance of making it.

Which shows even more why NBA wouldn't do well here. Chances are the team wouldn't be good for a long time, so just like in baseball. You would have a half full stadium.

 

Also honestly I am not sure if the Reds would sell out all the time even if they were a consistent winning team. I have mentioned this before and I will say it again, I really don't think that Cincinnati is an actual baseball town anymore. Especially with the younger generation. I think if you asked most people that they would even say they would rather the Bengals be good than the Reds. I think most of the people are more football fans and college basetball fans than they are baseball fans anymore and that was even if the Reds were a winning team.

A pro-team for anything in KY could only work here in Louisville. We're simply the only city big enough for the draw and even then it wouldn't work. Just the way it is.

I agree on the bolded. I think the Reds could sell out every game if they put a winner on the field for a few straight years. They would at least come close. I couldn't imagine this city going into the final 2 weeks of the season in a chase for the playoffs. All small as it has been the Bengals have been more successful than the Reds in the last decade that's why it has turned some what IMO.
