For us a good sign....I saw Coach Saban's Press conference a few minutes ago and he talked very highly of the Cats. It was long and he talked about how well coached the Cats were and the Gator game just got out of hand.

Now he mentioned almost every starter by name except maybe the OL/DL. He has already studied the Cats and is taking the game serious. "They will be a different team than what we saw this past Saturday"..."They run the ball better than any tean that we have faced so far". He spoke of a highly respect for Coach Brooks, and that Bama will be ready to play.

When we made this hire we got blasted and so did Coach Saban, its a great fit for him and Bama. What I just wrote proves that. We may never win the NC but I know we will be ready for every game even though we will lose some of them. We are not lookin past the Cats.

For Cats fans and folks who don't care about Bama watch for #3 our back up RB. Kid is a very hard worker and is very humble and runs very hard with the ball.

Our kick off coverage is very poor, but our punter is having a great year and for some reason the coverage is good. Coach mentioned Locke and wants to contain him in this area.

Larry it won't be long before Saban brings a title to Bama. If he stays long enough he should bring in a few, with the way he coaches and the players he brings in. Alabama is going to be straight up loaded for the future.

As for #3, Trent Richardson: He is a heck of a ball player. He's going to be good for years to come. As a true frosh 7.4 a carry and 4 touchdowns through 4 games is out of this world. I actually liked him better as a recruit than Bryce Brown, and we all know how good BBrown is.

Me and Spikes are getting as much tape as we can on 'Bama, and really hoping they make it to the SEC title. We have a pretty good preview in the works for that. We've meant to have previews for the big game so far, but.............. I had a little vacation for a bit of time:lol:

I've got to say that I did not think they looked too ready to play against Utah in the Sugar Bowl last year.

No reason to watch the game just like Florida, unless there is a big injury like Tebow. If I wanted to show some one how not to play, I would take them to a UK game, IMO.

BAMA-49

UK-7 (If they get Lucky)

It will not be much of a factor this week, but I am interested to see if Alabama is set back at all by the loss of Donta Hightower. He was pretty a pretty versatile LB and one of those you hate to lose.

I think Bama has a better D than the Gators which is not good for UK. The D linemen for Bama have unbelievable push. Make it Bama-38 Cats- 10

I think Alabama is the best team in college football. I expect this one to be worse than last week.

Arenas will probably run a kick back for a TD. Jones will probably catch a couple of TD's. And, Ingram will have a big day on the ground. The Tide is just too talented and well-coached to lose to this UK team. Kentucky just doesn't have the offense necessary to give it a chance against teams like Florida and Alabama.

First of all, Kentucky is not as good as Florida. We all knew that in July. Second, UK is not as bad as it looked last week, especially in the first quarter. However, they are not as good as Alabama, either. But, the Crimson Tide try to bludgeon you instead of running away from you. This works better for Kentucky. I have been going back and forth on this one and I am going to pick Kentucky. Just a hunch. Could be wrong. Wildcats win 20-17.

As much as I would like to see the Cats win just don't think it will happen this weekend. KY's offense struggled last week against the Gators and this week they will be facing the best D in the coountry IMO!!!

Bama by a bunch 50 - 7

But I'm still gonna root for the Cats!! Go Cats!!!! :dancingpa

I do think it will be a much better game than people are expecting. People just assume since Florida did that to UK, that Alabama will to. However I really think that UK matches up much better against Alabama. Florida is just a tough matchup for UK, but this one is a lot better. I don't know if we will have enough offense in this one to pull it out, however I do think it will be a close one.

Tide rolls over the Cats. UK QB isn't good enough to beat this team.

Tide 35

Cats 10

'Bama is allowing 202.5 yards per game (47.3 rushing yards per game). And, their defense has allowed 5 TD's this season. The good news is that they have allowed 2 90+ yard first quarter kickoff returns this year. Maybe if UK could strike on special teams, play an efficient mistake-free game, force some turnovers and capitalize on them, they could steal this one. I don't see that happening.

'Bama 45, Kentucky 0

Kentucky just does not have enough talent to match up to Alabama or Florida. Alabama and Florida both real good teams as Gator fan think they are best but that is debateable. As for UK and BAMA think Bama will win by plus 21 points.
