My hats off to Miami. They came into Doak and they took the win.

I thought there should be 1 second left on the clock and one more play.

One of the best college games we'll see all year

Great game. Hopefully more like that to come this year. Nice cap to the first week of football.

If I was going to add one qualifier, I think a lot has to be laid at the feet of the decision to waste that much time once they got to the 11. They had to have lost about 25 seconds at that point. It ruined any chance at more than 1 run, which they wasted on the option. But Miami made some incredible plays on defense there on first and second down, and Ponder just couldn't keep the ball high enough on that last pass.

No doubt about it...

Jacory Harris is the real deal, glad to see the U get a big win. Instant Classic.

I agree.... shocked nobody from FSU saw it... then they had their shot I guess.

If it hits your hands.....you should catch it. No excuse. Great game. Regardless of the outcome, I am somewhat encouraged by FSU this year. Must improve the pass defense.

Best Miami/FSU game in years BTW. That was one heck of a game. I just hope it means that each team is good, not that they're equally mediocre.

When they showed it in slow mo, the ball hit the ground with 2 still on the clock. Should have been 1 second easy IMO...

I think it goes a little deeper there. If you want to go after that big gain fine, but you do it with who you have on the field. Trying to sub out and then huddle was just a total brain fart. If you want to change it up, fine. Call the TO and mix it up. It limited the options to score big time...

Easily, I think both teams are closer to being back to elite status than we thought. This was an awful game when they were both equally mediocre, but I think we can all agree that this was a great game and a great played game by both teams.

He put the pass at a place where only his guy could catch it, the receiver has to be able to catch that pass. It was a great game!
