August 10, 201115 yr How is the book as a whole?Meh, it is ok. If you are in to the endurance athletic scene and know of triathlons and Ironmans it is interesting. Only about 50 pages in to it right now. Quick read.

I decided to purchase it first since it's firsthand accounts of various athlete's first IM's. Pretty good so far.
