What were some of the biggest suprises this weekend? My vote goes to Seneca beating Central, 44-26, with a backup QB.

Anybody else?

That is the biggest one that I have seen. There were a couple that could have went either way. Prestonburg 28 and Belfry 21 I think that Pburg only has 28 players on the roster.

I thought Johnson Central getting pounded was the biggest surprise.

I thought Desales beating Western by a 9 points was a big suprise also. Western is supposed to be loaded the year. The coach said they had like 10 offensive and 10 defensive starters returning. Thats a team that beat Central last year.

I thought Johnson Central getting pounded was the biggest surprise.

That's my vote. There were a lot of "shocked" people about that one in Boyle County also. We didn't see that one coming.

Johnson Central gets pounded and now the coach is wanting to buy out of the contract for next year.

That Happens every year with teams buying out contracts.

Really? Who?

I was hoping that someone could tell me about NCC (Newport Central Catholic). I had heard quite a few times over the summer how good they were going to be this year, but they lost to Dixie who just controlled the whole game.

Any word?

Thanks

Seneca over Central

Boyle over JC

PB over Belfry

Owensboro Catholic 42 Mclean 41

Raceland coming back to win from a 26-14 deficit with under four minutes to go in the game.

Also thought the Johnson Central game was a big shocker.

Johnson Central getting blown up at Rebel Stadium by 42 points is probably the biggest suprise.

Boyle destroying JC gets my vote.

Holy Cross beating Franklin County.

My biggest suprise is not the final score of the Boyle/Johnson Central game, but that their coach is considering not playing us next year at their place.
