4chs
TE from Corbin-Corey Reeves-UK/ Center-Nolan DeVaughn-UK Other TE's from Corbin- Martin Earl Pennington-UK, Dan Chase-UK Vin Hoover is another TE who played for UK. He was the starting TE for the UK team that went 10-1 back in the 70's after transferring from the Univ of Tampa when they dropped their program. I thought that Dan Chase ended up at WKU, I could be wrong though.
punttheball
Boone County Irv Goode-OL- UK How long has WKU been D1? My guess is the early 90's. Before that they were in the OVC with EKU, Akron, Central Florida, Morehead, Murray, Middle Tenn State, Marshall, Tenn Chattanooga and a couple more that I can't remamber. While it was called D-1 AA, some people did not consider it D-1 football.
strongopenyon
Vin Hoover did not play for the 1977 Kentucky team that went 10-1. He must have already graduated.
