I know everyone is a little burned out about talking about Michael, but my girlfriend and I had this discussion the other night and I thought I'd post it on BGP to see what the masses think.

If you had to put the whole package together... The song, the dancing, the video... And pick only one song, which would you pick? What separates it from the others?

I only included solo music in the poll, but if you feel that it's all summed up by a Jackson Five song, that's fine too.

Easily Thriller for me.

Man in the Mirror is easily my favorite song, but I voted for Billie Jean.

Too many to choose from. The Man in the Mirror and Thriller are favorites. I love the Jackson Five music also. I can't choose one song or video.

Man in the Mirror and Billy Jean are my favorites but I think it almost has to be Thriller. That whole video deal was monumental.

If I were going to check other then I'd say We Are The World. While it wasn't all him he was the sould behind it.

Thriller for me.

Rock With You is my fav. but I too voted Billie Jean. Given the criteria, I think Billie Jean was and "IS" MJ. From style, to dance, to vocals, it is Michael Jackson. The Motown 25 Then, Now, and Beyond celebration with Michael performing Billie Jean and debuting the Moonwalk is what also seals the deal for me.

"Billie Jean"

When I think of Michael Jackson in his prime "Billie Jean" is what comes to mind.

I too, like the early Jackson 5 stuff......except Ben. That wouldnt be a bad song except it was about a rat.

I agree that "Billie Jean" is probably his signature, but I love "Rock with you".

Man in the Mirror is easily my favorite song, but I voted for Billie Jean.

:thumb: The moonwalk being done during Billie Jean, makes it the only choice IMO. Man in the Mirror is my favorite as well.

Billie Jean

From his controversial actions we could go with a few: Smooth Criminal, Beat it, or Bad.

Billie Jean for sure.
