July 9, 200917 yr ^ In fairness, Varajao did average 8.6 pts. and 7.2 rebs. this past season To compare, Ron Artest signed a deal for 5 seasons at 33 million. (6.6 mil a year). Varajao signed a 6 year deal for 50 million (8.3 mil a year).
July 9, 200917 yr Do you think Stackhouse will ever play a game for the Grizz? I also heard the same about McDyess to the Spurs.

Varejao is cashing in now and still going to play with the 2nd best player in the world. Smart move on his part. Stupid move by Cleveland.
July 9, 200917 yr Is Dallas trying to win the 2005 NBA championship? Best line in this thread.....:lol:
July 10, 200917 yr Looks like Marion to the Mavs in a 4 team deal. Carlos Boozer to Chicago is rumored in a 3 team deal.
July 10, 200917 yr Looks like Marion to the Mavs in a 4 team deal. Carlos Boozer to Chicago is rumored in a 3 team deal. I told Big Spikes a week or so ago that I felt Boozer would be traded to make room for Millsap in Utah.
July 10, 200917 yr Do you think Stackhouse will ever play a game for the Grizz? I also heard the same about McDyess to the Spurs. Memphis releases Stackhouse today, I figured this was a money move. I would guess he will go back to Dallas for less money.
July 10, 200917 yr I told Big Spikes a week or so ago that I felt Boozer would be traded to make room for Millsap in Utah. I agree there. Although I do not expect Boozer to stay part of the bulls for long. They lost now Hinrich and Gordon, which leaves them without a shooting guard. The Pistons have been very active in persueing Boozer, and had offered Rip since they have Gordon and lost McDyess. I am thinking that the Bulls are going to trade for Boozer, then turn around and trade him to the Pistons for Rip. All speculation, I have not heard that anywhere, just that is what I think will happen.
July 11, 200917 yr Blazers have an offer on the table for Millsap. I think he is going to make WAY more than he is worth, you know, a normal NBA big man contract that blows up in the signing teams face.

And the Blazers do not need a big man with Aldridge, Oden, and a VERY solid back up in Pryzbilla.
July 11, 200917 yr And the Blazers do not need a big man with Aldridge, Oden, and a VERY solid back up in Pryzbilla. Teams with money to spend sometimes seem to get desperate to make a splash, any splash, and that is a mistake in my opinion. I guess Millsap could become a beast but I don't see it.
