ekubum Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Who wins, and why? Cavs in 4, 5 at most. Why? Lebron and his supporting cast have been playing lights out, first two games at home where they never lose, going up 2-0 (presumably), I just don't see Orlando bouncing back.

CatsCatsCats Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Cleveland in 5 sounds good to me. :thumb: I hope so. I'm not going to predict and jinx the Cavs though.
HammerTime Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Cavs in 6 or 7. I think the Magic matchup well with them.
Original Rookie Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Orlando won two out of three against the Cavs this season and have won 8 of the past 11.
bugatti Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 The whole key to Orlando's success if how well they shoot the ball. If they are on from deep, they are a tough team. If they are not on, Cleveland can roll. I also do not like the psyche of Orlando. You just feel like they are always on the edge of collapsing every game and I believe that begins with their head coach.

Even then, I don't think they'd win, but might extend it to seven. I voted the Cavs in 6...by accident. I'm picking them in 5. I don't think they'll win in Cleveland. And, the psyche you mentioned, along with the coaching, has been good for at least one, if not two, blown games per series...the Cavs will get at least one in Orlando. Whether it's a split in games 3 or 4, a series clincher in game 6, I don't see Orlando pushing this series the distance. Cleveland is a much better team, particularly a much better defensive team, than the Magic have faced yet. I don't think they'll get hot and light the long ball up vs. Cleveland like they have in some games thus far. Cleveland will play smarter and more consistent, and they have the best player on the planet. I agree to some extent with Chris Webber...if both teams had the same basketball IQ, it could be really interesting. But, they don't.
bigblueinsanity Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 I'll give Orlando the benefit of the doubt for 1 game, and say the Cavs in 5.
