May 5, 200917 yr There are some things that come to mind when I first look at this, things I wont put on the forum but you can probably guess. The key thing that stands out to me is, he was NOT arrested! He was ONLY given a citation. It's not a big deal, far from it.

May 5, 200917 yr I work for the courts. It is considered a violation. Most traffic offenses fall under this catagory. Ok well I do know it depends upon the state. I also think if you're going more than a certain amount over it's for sure a misdemeanor and by that certain amount it's not anything that people don't do all the time like 10-15 over.

He was involved in a situation much worse than this. If Duke doesn't get Wall, I doubt it'll be because of this. Keep your head up Grizzly and keep hope alive!!!!!!!:ylsuper:

You have two options: Option 1:We can keep this a misademeanor and you can sign this paper that says that you are sorry and that you won't do it again. Then sign this LOI paper that puts you at UNC. Or.... Option 2: Not sign this paper and you will be seeing a lot of me over the next 2 to 3 years. So, whats it gonna be boy???" :madman: :popcorn: I like option 1.
May 5, 200917 yr So you (website/paper) are allowed to name minors in a case like this???? That's been my question from the beginning... Some papers CHOOSE not to release the names. I know that The Daily Independent are ones who choose not to release them.
