April 8, 200917 yr ^He's coming to UK. I think our chances our better the longer he goes without committing. The more Cal does to strengthen the roster, the more attractive UK becomes. If he hasn't picked Duke already, then I think he's waiting to see who Cal brings...to give UK a chance to put together a roster that he feels good about joining. JMO I agree with most of this but we have to remember that they only let you play with one ball. Meeks wants his 20 shots. Mr. Patterson is going to say let me touch it some. My good friend Mr. Cousins has some designs on putting the ball in the hole. Wall may be perfectly content with driving and dishing but that don't lead to very many #1 draft choices. Hope Cal can juggle all of this.:popcorn:

Hope Cal can juggle all of this.:popcorn: UK would have a stronger case than Duke at this point when it comes to giving Wall the opportunity to come in and be "the man". The Blue Devils have more coming back than we do. You think he'll be more content driving in dishing in Durham than Lexington? Wall will be an explosive PG that can score and create, running a high octane offense...they'll be enough touches for everybody. And, Wall will be a lottery pick. He doesn't have to score 20 ppg. He just has to prove that he is capable of filling it up when necessary, along with displaying PG skills, which he can and will do at UK if he comes. Your concerns are unnecessary. I like our chances.

If he is good enough to be a #1 pick, they will recognize it regardless.

April 8, 200917 yr ^Agreed. That's how a guy like Marvn Williams, a 6th man, was drafted 2nd in the draft. Many feel Ed Davis, who averaged 6.5 ppg & 6.5 rbs, is a top 5 pick this year....

Some are saying the he was supposed to wait till after the Derby Classic. My thing is, if they don't get him, I am not as worried with Cousins committing, but obviously would live to get him.
