Perhaps I'm in the minority, but I thought these were two of the best and most cleverly written sitcoms of all time. What say you?

Cheers hand down. I watched Frasier a lot but, I couldnt identify with the characters in Frasier.

I agree. Along with Seinfeld, Andy Griffith, Happy Days, and All In the Family.

Cheers wins. Sam, Diane, Carla, they were all great. The mailman (forgot his name) was good. Norm made me laugh big time.

How in the world does M*A*S*H not make your list???? It was a million times better than Happy Days, and I would argue it's the greatest TV show of all time.

I'm surprised we don't have a M*A*S*H poll. Happy Days was great also, as was Welcome Back Kotter! Welcome Back Kotter was a favorite of mine.

I love them both! It's hard to decide. I think that Frasier had some better scripts, but it's hard to beat the characters from Cheers!

Cheers, another no brainer for me. I could not stand Frasier.
