WOW! did not see that margin of victory coming.

NCC was shooting unconscious from behind the arc in the 3rd. I think they hit like 7 or 8!!

Not surprised by NCC wining the game, as I think either team on any given night could have beaten the other, but by 22 points! This sends HHS to the losers bracket and could lead to a Boone or Holmes vs HHS first round matchup. My guess is that HHS is hoping big time to see themselves up against St. Henry in that first round game.

Not suprised that NCC won the game, but definately surprised by the margin of victory. Cant wait to see what the 9th region draw looks like tomorrow.

Completely shocked by this score. I really thought Highlands would win.

Probably the best offensive show I've seen the Breds put on all year. 27-6 NCC in 3rd quarter made the difference

Great job Breds. They beat the Birds twice so I consider them the better team this year. CONGRATS!

Breds scored almost 30 points in the third quarter. Grant Pangallo was fantastic tonight with the drive and dish while also scoring 17 or 19 himself. He might be my favorite player to watch play in the region. Connor had 18 I believe and was lights out in the second half.

 

How come the 36th doesn't have a tournament MVP?

Way to go Breds. I am very proud of you boys. Everybody stepped up tonight. Good luck in the 9th. Who knows what could happen with a lucky draw.

Huge win for NewCath, I am very surprised. This could set up a very entertaining first round match up at region.

Wow! :eek: Is that a statement win for NewCath or what?! I'm not surprised that they won, but by that much is pretty impressive. :thumb:

 

They must really be peaking at the right time and are getting tired of being ignored. Looks like they've thrown their hat in the ring with much fervor. :scared:

I would love to have been a fly on the wall in the New Cath locker room at halftime of this game! It must have been inspirational because those boys came out shooting! I wanted my Highlands boys to win, but the New Cath kids wanted THIS! What a great group of kids they ALL are. Celebrating is a lifetime of memories and losing is learning. Grant! Wow! Shawn Meyer...
