Everybody should now email Griffin Industries and St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine to thank them for their Sponsorship, including everybody who sent an angry email to the arena operators and others.

Seriously, positive feedback like this is very important to an event Sponsor.

Can someone post the who to contact link like we did with the other thread?

You couldn't believe some of the happy faces at my place of employment when I told my guys about the games being on radio. Thanks to all for E-mailing and thanks to Griffin Industires and St. E's for coming through big time...

Again thanks to all and should't this thread become a classic?

Thank you to my good friends at Griffin Industries!!!!!!

Good news. Glad those in charge of BOK saw the light.

What light did they see other than the $$ paid by the sponsors?

Do you think if the sponsors hadn't come through that they would have allowed the broadcasts?

This is very gratifying to hear. Thanks to those who made their voices heard, and special thanks to Griffin Industries and St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine!

Glad to hear!! Nice work everybody! :thumb:

An especially big kudos should go out to St. E. Sports Medicine and Griffin Industries for stepping up and helping to get this done by becoming sponsors.

Yea that's what I'm thinking. Certainly some voices were heard. But those two companies are what made it happened. Huge props to them.

This is great news. I was attending anyways, but I am sure that some just can't. I now have my e-mails of gratitude sent. Hope many of you all will do the same.:thumb:

Happy to hear this issue has been resolved.

Now that it has, what is the schedule for the games at the arena? What nights are the 9th region teams playing, and the same question for the 10th? I might listen in on a few of the good ones.

No one should be surprised about Griffin Industries stepping up to the plate. I have known Bob Griffin for most of my life and he is probably the most generous person that I have ever met.

They are still deciding on the tape delay clearance. Hopefully we have an answer by Monday...

If they say no, we storm the Bastille!!!

EXCELLENT!

Here is the schedule for the 10th region:

Saturday March 7th: 4 games ...think they start at 11.

Monday March 9th: Semi finals....not sure on the time.

Tuesday March 10th: 10th region is played first, be able to give out trophies. Then the 9th will play their finals.

Hopefully someone can give us specific times of the games.
