Feelings, Morris Albert. The feeling I usually got was nausea.

Sometimes When We Touch, Dan Hill. The honesty's too much, as is the sappiness. UGH.

Honey, Bobby Goldsboro

Babe and Lady, Styx

Virtually anything by Air Supply

Virtually anything by Michael Bolton

"Muskrat Love" by Captain and Tenielle

The version by America didn't exactly distinguish itself either.

Speaking of The C and T, maybe "Love Will Keep Us Together" deserves a spot in this pantheon.

"You Light Up My Life" by Debbie Boone.

All of these are classic puke inducers, but my all-time number 1 pick is "Mandy" by Barry Manilow.:ylsuper:

Thats the way love goes by Merle Haggard. He knows it must be love because his horse shoe pitching is off!

I'll take exception to that. I thought the song was very good.

I also like Chris de Burgh's The Lady in Red.

Wind Beneath My Wings that the article mentioned isn't a love song. It's a song about friends.

I always thought that Eric Clapton's Wonderful Tonight was cheesy. So was David Soul's Don't Give Up On Us Baby.
