Official BGP Biggest Loser - 2nd Weigh-in

Featured Replies

Just got back from a great workout on the elliptical. 5.15 miles in 50 minutes...was working pretty darn hard today.

I'm not quite back into elliptical shape yet. I'm able to run on the treadmill for much longer since I quit smoking. I've been hitting the weights pretty hard though.

What kind of diet is everyone doing ? Counting calories ? Atkins ?

I'm counting calories but it's pretty close to the Atkins diet. I have a turkey or roast beef sandwich for lunch every day and the occasional handful of low fat pringles. That's about the only carbs I eat though. Mostly lean meat and vegetables.

BTW, I went to a sporting good store and bought the "Perfect Pushup". It actually works really good or at least that's what I'm telling myself. Since there is no where around here to go to a gym and lift/tredmill all day long, all I do is play basketball about 2 times a week, do push ups & lift 35 lb dumbells. That, along with eating halfway decent has been working out so far. But I have only had the weights & "perfect push up" for a few days now. Hopefully I can lose about 4-5 by next Sunday.

Checking in at 215..down 2 lbs since last weigh in.

My bday is today though (2-3) so I'm sure I'll add a little "water weight" tonight. :sssh:

If you want a killer chest and shoudlers workout do 325 push ups. You don't have to do them all at once but need to do within 30 mins.

Posted on the first weigh in thread, as I was heading out of town--268.5 down 8.5 for the two weeks--Progress, slower than in the past, but hopefully will last?

:scared::isurrender:

230, but I'm pretty sure my scale is complete garbage.

But oh well, as long as it keeps reading lighter it's alright by me. :D

214.8

Had a good run today. Loaded up at Super Bowl which was bad :)

I have been eating healthy for a couple weeks now. But seems like whenever I eat food that isn't good for me, it totally hurts my stomach and goes right through me (if you know what I mean).

I'm sorry, I forgot to post mine. Down to 242. Another two pounds lost.

Alright we have seen a bunch of people fall off the wagon. Time to refocus. Summer will be right around the corner.

Got weighed today. Lost another 3 pounds since the 1st. :dancingpa

The most I've ever done in one set is 93, with no rest at all. I couldn't imagine doing that 3 more times after the first.
