February 10, 200917 yr I have been eating healthy for a couple weeks now. But seems like whenever I eat food that isn't good for me, it totally hurts my stomach and goes right through me (if you know what I mean). Makes you realize kinda just how bad the "bad food" really is for you. I'm the same way sometimes.
February 10, 200917 yr The most I've ever done in one set is 93, with no rest at all. I couldn't imagine doing that 3 more times after the first. Oh, I can't do them all at once. I would pace myself and do 40-50 at a time depending on how much rest in between.
February 10, 200917 yr Oh, I can't do them all at once. I would pace myself and do 40-50 at a time depending on how much rest in between. This reminds me of a time when I was late to class in HS. It was my first class and the teacher was also a baseball coach. He knew me somewhat well outside of the class room as well. I came in late and knew that really I should go to the office because it was like my third time being late. I told him in this sob story in front of the entire class about how I didn't get hardly any sleep last night(which was true), and how I hadn't even ate since yesterday after noon. So he looks at me and says "well then SF41 how about this, since your tired and having a bad morning you can either go get a note from the office or just drop down right here and do 50 push ups in front of everyone.... if you're not too tired." Me being a "cool guy", I said "just 50?" Dropped down and started doing them. Apparently not eating for half a day and going on very little sleep can really effect your body in an adverse way. Needless to say the first 40 were fine, the next 5 were tough as hell, and I made it all the way through my 48th before falling flat on my face. I stood up, pretty embarrased in front of about 30 other classmates. All he said was "take your seat; and now I know you weren't lying."
February 11, 200917 yr MJ sorry so late but I have had no electric for 2 weeks. The power just came back on, and hopefully the wind will not put it back out in a couple of hours. My second weigh in was 272 down 6 pounds.
