nkuclubbaseball19 Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 I'm back up to 140 after my little illness. So really I have lost some weight from last weigh in but have gained back 7 of the 10 I lost when I got sick.
MrsFairFan Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 I lost one lb. I am not doing well at this dieting lol. But I am not exercising either. I am at 141. Who knows what I will be after tonight....I got a phone call from my best friend with her meal plan for tonight and its all way too good to not eat. Maybe I will walk on her tread mill while I am eating and drinking. LOL.

I had to step on and off the scale like 3 times just to make sure, haha. :dancingpa Still haven't drank a sip of pop since the 4th, just all water & a few boxed fruit punch juices. No headaches or nothing (knock on wood). I've not been eating the best but obviously the deletion of the soda has been a +. The only exercise I get is the 2-3 times a week I play basketball. That helps a lot.

MBWC41 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I was without power for 4 and a half days, lived out of my suit case and ate whatever my friends and aunts wanted to make for me (very little of the was diet food) and I'm at 249. A loss of 1 pound. All things considered, I'll take it.

racer4life Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I'm at 242. I didn't do so well with all of the snow but managed to lose two pounds, down 16 since the contest started. I guess that's better than gaining.

Mom55 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Considering the most I walked in the last week and half was to the basement and back, I stayed the same 272 but Mr. Mom55 lost 1 lb down to 289. We go back to school today and will be walking and no snacking. :ohbrother:
