Ole Miss 85 Kentucky 80

Featured Replies

Well UK really got outplayed. This is the 1st time I have seen this since the UNC game. UK rarely had more than 2 people crashing the offensive boards and Ole Miss got a ton of offensive rebounds. I believe sitting Porter for Liggins caused a lot more mental mistakes out on the floor, but doing that now IMO should pay off down the road. As much as I want to see UK run theywere not near patient enough and they weren't getting Patterson enough touches. I don't believe too many realistic peope thought UK would go undefeated in the SEC either.

Bottom line is that for UK to win they have to rebound very well and really defense the heck out of people and didn't do that tonight.

Meeks and Patterson got their's tonight...they lost, to a HORRIBLE team.

Meeks and Patterson played bad games. Just because they got their points, doesn't mean they played good.

Its ok. puke is not as good as everyone says either. No way are they #1. I hope WF destroys them . But we all know that puke always has the refs to help them.

:ohbrother:

Patterson played poorly?

Meeks played quite poorly if you ask me...

24 pts, 7 reb, 2 blks...not that bad....Meeks did play poorly...and the recipe for a shut down of him, might have been revealed.

Pretty much everyone on the team did. Patterson didn't play as bad as the others, but he didn't have a very good game IMO.

Should've beat UL? They were down 7 with something like a minute to go....Sounded like they should've won.

They were tied with 2 seconds to go after Ulavelle panicked liked a middle school team when UK turned up the heat. :isurrender: Uk wins in OT.

Whats that guard him? I hope you mean make him drive which has been obvious from day one.

It was a bad loss that UK need RPI wise. No 2 ways around it. Gotta win the next 3 and things will start to look up from there.

An AK/Mighty Mouse double dip??????????????

PP should have gotten the touches that instead resulted in bonehead shots by the 4 I mentioned previously.

It could certainly happen.

Please give us some details. I saw him dominate the inside and have to come off his man defensively after the Rebels blew by their defenders.

What exactly did he NOT do well?

Ole Miss was plain and simple the far tougher team tonight...

They abused UK in the paint.
