Just Bought A Can Of Skoal

Of course one mans treasure is another mans junk.

Very true. The world would be a pretty boring place if we were all clones.:thumb:

Nothing compares to a fresh can of cope.

Explains a lot!!!:puke::p

Remember I am on your side and feel the pain unfortunately dip is really no better. Try the patch or the gum again I feel for you; your dealing with the worst habit EVER....

Winter Green Pouches to be exact. Picked them up from a newer gas station in town. I get home, open the can and take a look inside...they look really dry. I turn over the can and the expiration date reads 12/05/08 :madman:

If the weather weren't so bad I'd go down to the store and give the man behind the counter a piece of my mind :fight:

I bought a can of cope one time at Bigg's in Florence and it was three months old and it was the freshest can ever.

Cope gets better the older it gets as long as it doesn't get exposed to open air to dry out.

I could go without food and water for a few days snowed in, but not my dip. :sssh:

Amen brother

Yeah, I love having a rocket propelled spit, filled with smelly, black, tobacco flung towards my shoes. Just nothing else like it IMO.

But seriously, I think it is more considerate to take a puff and blow the smoke away from the person than to have someones jaw puffed out with black stuff on their teeth and spitting into a can/bottle or on the ground all while you're trying to have a conversation with them.

You're talking about chew, not dip.

This is why you go to tobacco shops instead. They usually have fresh tobacco.

I'm down from a pack or 2 packs of smokes a day to 3-4 dips. That's a huge improvement for me. I understand what you are saying though, my eventual goal is to kick the nicotine habit completely :thumb:

You'd switch to grizzly mint. That's what I did.:ylsuper:
That's my brand. I switched to the grizz when Skoal go to expensive.

From my experience, pouches are typically dry anyways.

Same here except I use Grizzly Straight.

A lot more people dip than I thought would.

Isn't that stuff suppose to have things like nuclear waste, battery acid, and formaldehyde in it? I guess a little wintergreen flavoring covers that up. :puke:

:D

Is anyone else still bitter that they discontinued Kodiak Ice? I dipped it for about a year and when Kodiak discontinued it they put out mint version that just wasn't as good. I've been forced to settle for Grizzly Mint ever since. The only good thing is the switch from Kodiak to Grizz has probabaly saved me a couple hundred dollars.
