June 24, 201511 yr I'd like to think that Papa John's is the worst pizza on earth. Donato's and LaRosa's are the high points of the list. If I were in Richmond, I'd weigh 500 pounds thanks to Apollo Pizza. That place rocks!

April 11, 201610 yr Been a while since I had Dewey's so I went this weekend. They have a seasonal pizza on the menu celebrating baseball. It's essentially all of the ingredients from a ballpark dog. Mustard-based. Spicy sausage. Sauerkraut. Onions. It was pretty tasty.

She loved the Strawberry Macadamia Nut Salad. We also ordered a 13" Hawaiian pizza. Personally, I thought the crust tasted like cardboard and the pineapple was very hard. Canadian bacon was fine. I am also not a fan of their "cast of thousands" service strategy. We like developing a relationship with a primary server. At least 6 different people visited our table. The server name on our bill was somebody I did not recognize. I had the manager change it to the server that initially greeted us and took our order since I wanted her to get my tip.

The lovely lady and daughter like the other stuff that I think is exotic and not pizza. I guess if I wanted a ballpark hot dog, which I like, I'd get one, just not on pizza. Glad you liked it.

The section leader's name is put on the bill regardless if he or she ever made it to your table. I had no clue who "Mary" was! I knew who "Elissa" was because we introduced ourselves to her and asked her name when we sat down. I know why they do the committee approach, but it got old after awhile when multiple servers and a manager asked my wife how she liked her salad.

Papa Johns? Dreadful. Might be the worst pizza out there.
