Man Suing Wife to get his Kidney Back

GARDEN CITY, N.Y. -- A Long Island surgeon embroiled in a nearly four-year divorce proceeding wants his estranged wife to return the kidney he donated to her, although he says he'll settle for $1.5 million in compensation.

I wouldn't have to sue to get my kidney back, but what a novel idea. I'm sure a lawyer had to come up with this one!

I heard an interview with that guy earlier today and he said when asked.."of course, I don't expect to take the kidney back". They went on to say that he will be suing in the millions for the cost of medical expenses, estimated edicare and other insurance coast that would have been along with what the cost of kidney dyalisis would have been if she not for her getting the kidney.
