January 9, 200917 yr I wouldn't have to sue to get my kidney back, but what a novel idea. I'm sure a lawyer had to come up with this one!
January 9, 200917 yr I heard an interview with that guy earlier today and he said when asked.."of course, I don't expect to take the kidney back". They went on to say that he will be suing in the millions for the cost of medical expenses, estimated edicare and other insurance coast that would have been along with what the cost of kidney dyalisis would have been if she not for her getting the kidney.

January 10, 200917 yr There is a reason they call it kidney DONATION. The man sounds like a jerk. If he sounds like a jerk what does that say about her? She took the kidney and then cheated on the person that helped save her life.
