Three days ago I would have definitely stopped there.
No, here's what you do. Go to the drive thru and order one burger. Just seeing their reaction would be worth the trip. :D

I had a pretty decent first day.

Vegetable soup for lunch and a 6 inch turkey sub and vegetable soup for dinner.

I can see myself struggling the first month or so. With the college NC game and the Super Bowl coming up. I'll be cheating a lot those two nights.

Yea same here. Having a party at a relative's house both nights and I'm sure there will be a TON of food...and beer. Can't avoid both of them. It's virtually impossible.

It's okay to let yourself cheat every once in a while, you kinda have too lol. Just make sure that you cheat in moderation lol.

You and me both man. I haven't ate since around 6 tonight. It's not good to eat after 7 though, so I guess it'll pay off in the long run.

Yeah, I ate about six thirty myself. I am going to need to start going to bed earlier, lol.

haha, that's pretty funny. I did have a lady convinced one time that she should give me one free chicken ring because I have never had one before and I would like to taste test it, lol. She did, so called their national headquarters leaving a message on what great service I got and how the lady should get a raise. It was after a long night, if you know what I mean.

Yea I get bored at night and eat. lol I need to start going to bed earlier too. I've been better about it lately though.

Ha, I do the same thing, eat at night when I get bored. And honestly, I just really love the taste of food lol.

Same here. That's the toughest part for me. Snacking our of boredom.

I'm a slow starter and a hard finisher when it comes to diets though.

Today is the second day and I have to grade receipe books that I assigned the students to make for their final project in my Nutrition/Wellness class. What a bummer to see all these receipes and not want to run out and try them. Wish me luck, I still have 24 books to grade.:jump:

One of the quotes that I gave my students I just saw on her folder and it really puts it in perspective:

Eat to Live, not live to eat.:thumb:

Sorry about the delay. I'm at 230 right now.

Ouch, but do you "feel 143"?:D

^ Thanks for the "ouch" that gets me motivated if nothing else does. ;) No I don't feel it at all and that's the scary part. I am mad that I let myself get that weight. I am sure it shows and no one is telling me.
