About 2,500.

That's nothing, I used to take in around 9-10,000 a day about 4 years ago. I know that sounds like a ton but I had a job involving alot of lifting, and all I did was work out, and work. I was asked whether or not I took "supplements" all of the time, and my nick name was juice. I think that's my goal for this competition, is to get back to that. Hopefully without the dumb nickname though.

Thats the point. :D

I gave my weight last week. I even just ate earlier too. When I'm not in the gym my weight is pretty steady, but once I start back up next week it'll fluxuate around 10 lbs a week.
You should never try to lose more than two pounds per week. It can damage your health.

I don't try to do anything, it's mostly just water weight, I retain alot of water when I work out, and drop alot of it over the weekends because I don't eat nearly as much.

Even so, that kind of fluctuation can be tough on the heart and other body systems.

Ah I've got a strong history of heart disease, cancer, and diabete's. My days here are numbered regardless.

Are you guys counting calories or what?

I am not exactly counting, but definitely watching and cutting them down big time.

Uh oh...I could be in trouble.

Do you already work out regularly?

This is my first week but yea...

Honestly man I'd hold off on protein or any supplement for that matter if you are just now getting into lifting really. Your body should naturally be able to put on some muscles without all of that stuff as long as you have a somewhat healthy diet. I'd say atleast give it a month or two of just eating healthy and working out before you start implementing supplements.

Regardless, I'm just trying to warn people to be sensible about their approach.
