November 30, 200817 yr Texas Tech may slip in there since they are ahead of both in the BCS, but I dopn't think they'll take 3 Big 12 teams. Boise should, but OSU will get the nod. And UC has earned their spot. They are in the top 12-15 range.
November 30, 200817 yr The BCS is not limited to the top 8 teams. Its a reward for doing well in your conference as we've seen with UC and the ACC representative. Therefore, I'd give it to Boise. They did what other teams have done. They won their conference.
November 30, 200817 yr The ACC champ is locked into the Orange Bowl and the Sugar will take the SEC runner up. That means, the only way OSU plays UC is in the Fiesta and I don't see that happening.

Nothing against UC I kind of root for them in the Big East but they just don't have anywhere near the talent OSU has. As long as OSU does not play an SEC team they are pretty good in bowl games under the the weasel. It will be OSU over Boise. Their fan base travels so well they will not be locked out of a BCS game.

November 30, 200817 yr Even if OSU would beat UC I would still like to see it. Me too. I wouldn't be so sure of a blowout- in the event that the game happens, I'd take a 14 point spread from either of the above posters if offered.
