So it's probably safe to say that if the Irish played in the Big East they would be a last-place team and out of contention for a bowl game. Good thing they are independent and can put together the "challenging" schedule they did this year. He is bringing in the classes but he is not developing them into their full potential. As a fan I would like to say they are just young and will get better, but Syracuse? Come on now! Being young is not an excuse for losing to a bad, bad football team.

I agree. I just don't think he is a head football coach. More of an OC in the NFL.
