S3, I was with you up until steamed zucchini.
I'm telling you, good stuff. Season with spices and butter.

Mashed Potatoes and gravy...enough said.

Hold the gravy and I'm in! Gravy only goes on the turkey. :D

My mom's cousin makes a pumpkin roll that is the bomb! My dad makes the best stuffing you'll ever eat as well.

A left over turkey sandwich later thanksgiving evening.

Haha, funny you mention that...

We always go to my grandparents for Thanksgiving. They actually cook a second turkey on Friday because my brother and I always eat a little to much left over turkey throughout the evening and then there isn't enough left for Friday, lol.

Each year I'm blessed to be treated to the best dressing known to man. If dinner only consisted of plate(s) of it with gravy, I'd be good.

Hash Brown Casserole followed closely by Broccoli Casserole.

Give me those two and I don't even need any turkey !

All of it. We are going shopping for the food tomorrow, then, I am going to start baking soon!!! YUMMY!!....The food is always topped off with egg nog.

Pumpkin pie

I fry two turkeys every year......

Tuesday I place the hens in a brine solution of water, salt, sugar, and apple cider....

WEdnesday, I take them out, and pat them dry, then apply a homemade rub....

Thursday fry the two birds....about 2 minutes per pound....then allow them to rest under a foil tent for 20 minutes...carve and enjoy..

I'm not a turkey guy, but this sounds delicious! I can eat it 1 ot 2 times a year ( I cant stand the leftover turkey) Last year we decided to go out to Golden Corral to save cleanup. I had a big steak and baked potato... yummy!

I'm betting the rub is a secret.

All of it!

I agree! :ylsuper::ylsuper::ylsuper:

I love Thanksgiving.
