I could see Louisville being upset if it was while the teams were dressed in pads before the game; however, the picture shows that UC is in traveling clothes. If a team is sharing the field (or court) with their opponent, then I don't think you should be able to cross midfield. Stay on your half. However, this was much earlier and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this.

November 17, 200817 yr I never understood the midfield logo madness that keeps coming up. They do understand that its just paint on the field don't they? And its not even the most important paint. That would be the paint marking the goalines.

November 17, 200817 yr I think UL worries too much about outside stuff rather than trying to win a football game. They are worried about playing on ESPN on whatever night or some team praying on the field and is taking away from worrying about winning football games. (UK isn't doing so hot so atleast I feel a little better by piling on UL :lol:)

If he doesn't want another team to gather around "his" logo at mid-field, he has that prerogative. I am sure he wanted to insure that he got every bit of effort out of his boys Friday night, and he did. Players are supposed to make plays, and while U of L was making plays, they were winning. When the players stopped making plays, they lost. Suddenly that's Kragthorpe's fault? Doubt it. Did you ever consider that the prayer may have taken over in the second half?:thumb:

November 18, 200817 yr I know it sounds obvious but that's a rather good point. How many dropped passes did our recievers have in the 4th quarter? If UC's kicker doesn't miss 3 field goals though, L'ville is never even in that game... :sssh: The game wasn't as close as the score might indicate. UC SHOULD have won 37-20.
