I have spoke to several people close to the program (insiders) and seen the video and pics and I see nothing wrong with what they did. Kragthrope really needs to get a life. Nobody stomped on their "precious bird" or did anything to disrespect it.

 

Maybe if the Cards would focus more on winning and not what the other team is doing before games, they might win a few.....:sssh:

I can see him being mad if they were surrounding it and spitting or taking a leak on the logo but just that? BOO, it almost looks as if they are forming a heart shape trying to say we love UL.

I'm portraying myself as someone that saw first hand what happened. I was sitting right next to 02Ram when they had the prayer circle. It was such a big deal it wasn't mentioned at all by either of us...

Did they shake hands or not? Sounds like not much of a big deal. I don't know why UofL is freaking out about a pre-game prayer, and why Brian Kelly's friends are freaking out about what seems to be a minor disagreement with a coach, and a little mistreatment from our favorite sports channel's anchors.

Kelly's a jerk, but I don't see why there is an issue about the prayer circle. probably a moot issue in the future as I don't think either coach are at the 2 programs very much longer. Of course the reasons they leave are 180 from each other

In high school my team prayed on the basketball court before the game during warm ups and after the game we prayed around the logo, home or away. My coach was our FCA leader and religious, as were most of our players. To say you see nothing wrong with another team getting mad and actually "charging" another team for praying is obsurd. I don't care who you are a fan of its ridiculous.

I dont know what Kranthorpe is mad about it looks like they were respecting the bird!

Granted RM is being very biased and is losing this battle but I remember hearing the "mark it down" stories and GT took some grief on that one!
