Even ol Coupon can dream.

I hope GC can make a run this year. Good luck and may the breaks come GC's way.

Interesting match-up Rock being the lower seed but have to be the favorite. GC will have to throw to win against the Rock.

Not the Rockcastle of old, but still solid enough. The Musketeers will have to control the line of scrimmage in order to have a shot at winning.

I'd like to see Greenup win this, but I think their in a liitle too deep. Rockcastle should roll in this.

Rockcastle IMO

Okay guy's it is playoff time again!!! Rockcastle play's Greenup in the 1st round of the playoffs @ Greenup. So let's hear some of your comments and predictions. I don't know alot about Greenup but I am behind the ROCK all the way and wish them a victory in the 1st round. So in that case, GO ROCK AND BEAT THE MUSKASTEERS!!!!!:dancingpa:dancingpa:dancingpa

Does Greenup run the Franklin system? If they do it will be Rock in a big way.

Well it will be Rock anyway.

Already a thread on this...

Good Luck GCHS - remember we believe in you

Keep the faith - and do your best

I Love those Musketeers

Rockcastle in fairly easy fashion...

Greenup runs some of the Franklin System stuff but IMO they are far away from running it correctly...they have a good QB but once again IMO he doesnt have the athletes around him to succeed.

In the last two games of the season, the Rock split with two very good teams. They clamped down defensively on Mercer County and squeaked out a 10-6 win over them. They slipped a bit on defense against Whitley County, but the offense stepped up and stayed score for score until 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter. Whitley scored on the homerun ball and broken defensive plays against Rock. Quarterback keeper cutback against the grain went 79 yards....Bomb pass on third down and long to get in the red zone...etc. Rockcastle drove the ball 21 plays and ate 11 minutes off the clock on one drive in the second quarter. They drove hard and clicked off 3 or 4 yards in a cloud of dust (or mud). Whitley finally got the upper hand with the stop and ten minutes to go and them scoring to go ahead by two touchdowns with three minutes left. We're proud of the boys and I'll put my money on the Rock versus Greenup...but who knows. We'll find out in a few days. ROCK ON!
