OK seniors this is it, I have either coached or watched you guys since 2nd grade, I have taught you some things that have helped you in football and in life. ( I have also taught you guys some things I shouldnt have.LOL) It is now time to take everything you have learned and put it all together. This is your time. This could be the last time you ever come together in a huddle, the last time you feel the pads crack. Trust me all of us "has beens" would give anything to be in your shoes on Friday. I have watched you guys go from boys to men. Now it is time to play like men. It is now time to leave it all out there on the field, dont look back 10 years from now and wish you had. I'm proud of you guys and will be win or lose Friday night. "JB" time to shine, they are going to come right up the middle to you, make it hurt."E" play within yourself, let the guys around you make the plays they can, and you in turn make the ones you can. "Weapon" keep being you, yards after the catch could be huge Friday. "DB" its time to show everybody, what I have known since you were in 3rd grade. Play like I know you can every play and carry this team on your back like I have seen you do before. Love you guys. Play like Champions.....Go Muskies.

I am still being blamed for some things like that down down here, and that is from the "kids" that I coached for years that are now the "parents" of the kids playing now.:eek:. I had a little catcher in the mid-late 70's by the name of Randy Vanderhoof. What ever happened to him? Just kidding, he obviously got past the terrible start and example that I gave him (of course, his brother was the other coach. :sssh::lol:)

I too, wish Greenup County luck, I hope you all do well, and advance. I know that Greenup is capable of beating a lot of teams. Play hard and play to your potential. Don't get yourself down early.

Great post Coupon 21 I know where you are coming from on this post and agree with you 100%. What you are talking about and your passion for these kids is what we need from everyone in Greenup Co. Until we get more people to be true fans of the kids and the school we will always have trouble in our system. Thanks for your comitment to these players and future GC players.
