October 24, 200817 yr Auburn is just not a very good team at all. Watching this game the resounding thought in my head was how Auburn simply has no single player who "stands out". On offense no dominant running back, a sub-par Quarterback, average receivers, average line. A decent defense that has lost confidence in themslves and have no true "leader" who steps up and makes plays. Simply put, an AVERAGE team.
October 24, 200817 yr The whole Franklin experiment has blown up in Auburn's face. They really had no shot last night other than being able to slow down WVU. More than their defense losing confidence, EKU05, I believe faith has been lost in Tubberville. This season has been a train wreck. We see how college teams can go South fast if confidence is lost in their head coach (see Clemson).
October 24, 200817 yr You all have no idea how happy I am the Auburn has lost it's last two! I hope this makes it obvious that it wasn't Tony Franklin's fault they aren't any good!
October 24, 200817 yr Noel Devine was an absolute stud last night. May have saved Bill Stewart's job.
October 24, 200817 yr Our disappointing Big East team whipped your disappointing SEC team.:dancingpa This sums it up in a nutshell.
October 24, 200817 yr 1) This is the worst team in the SEC 2) Looks like Pat White is coaching WVU again

October 24, 200817 yr Auburn now 4-4 with at least 2 very tough games left! I think that the Auburn loss last night almost seals up a UK bowl bid if they can get another win somewhere along the way :thumb: Auburn has 3 very tough games remaining and one easy win. They play @Ole Miss, UGA, and @Alabama.
