October 16, 200817 yr I highly advise you against trying Wendy's sweet tea in the event you are remotely expecting something similar. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave if he knew how crappy their tea is. Someone is rationing the sugar over there. No comparison to McD's. Amen.
October 16, 200817 yr I love sweet tea. Has anyone tried sun tea? They say it is dangerous to make it this way due to ......something ...but it is delicious. CJ Maggies and Melina Cucinnas make some mean tea too. :thumb:
October 16, 200817 yr 3 weeks ago Doc told me my blood sugars was too high. No more sweetea. I was honest with him. I drink a lot, way too much. I like unsweet with "Sweet n Low" rarely drink cokes anymore. Miss my cookies too. :cry:

October 16, 200817 yr This isn't about Mcy D's sweat tea but if you like tea at all try Arizona's Green Tea Lemonade half and half. It's 99 cents for a large can and tastes like heaven in your mouth.

October 17, 200817 yr Love McSweet Tea. But can someone with a higher education please tell me why sweet tea does not get as cold as regular tea, even with the same amount of ice? or am I the only one who thinks this?
October 17, 200817 yr I am addicted to this stuff. When I moved here from SC a few years ago I would ask for sweet tea everywhere and people would *blank stare*. McDonalds has the best stuff around.
October 17, 200817 yr So far just weaning myself. The tea is hard because I'm so used to it, but I have used Splenda and like it. McDonald's sweetea is so good. Thanks for asking and the info.
October 17, 200817 yr I love tea, but I do not like sweet tea. Went to McDonalds the other night, said "regular tea, NOT sweet tea", twice! Naturally, I got sweet tea. Just glad I didnt order a plain cheeseburger........ My whole life the the restaurants in the northern part of Kentucky always served plain unsweetened tea. When traveling south, waiters/waitresses always asked "sweet or unsweetened" Feels kind of weird that the state is united in the sweet tea thing. Next thing you know, the entire state of Ohio will have it.........it might travel all the way up I 75 to Michigan:scared:
