A little unorganized but overall it was a good weekend. We got exactly what we wanted, fair competition at a reasonable price. It was nice as a KY team to be able to stay close to home and get to play some new teams. It seems like at BCI and some other tournaments in KY that we keep playing the same teams over and over lately. We will definitely go back to Midwest Hoops.

I agree. I can see some potential trouble down the road. It's hard to beat the Knights because of their talent level. Know you facing them on there home court with refs that get paid by the guy who runs the Knights:sssh:

We will go back next month for sure. We love playing against the talent level that will be there. I hope Glen and Shannon figure things out quick and make it a propular place for the Columbus and Indy team to come to.

Oh yeah by the way. Dave said he already has 15 teams from Michigan coming in for the BCI Super Regional in April. Better get your checks in early. He had about 50 Middle School teams there this weekend. Hazard's team looked very good.

So let's see, if Dave said he has 15 teams, doing the BCI calculations I'm coming up with 3 teams. Yeah, that sounds about right.:thumb:

That's funny right there, I don't care who you are!

Explain that one to me! He hit the big three pointer in the beginning of overtime play to help seal the victory against your warriors and caused the warriors to make turnovers if anything. They are way less of a threat to the Wolfpack than the Bulls are. Hope to see you all in the tournaments. :fight:

I have already given this young man plenty of props and have only seen him play once. With that said I did think he not only hit big shots when the Pack needed them but also had a couple turnovers specifically the one with 4 seconds left out front where the Warrior kid took it the length and could have sealed the win but got fouled.

He was the best player on the floor no doubt so didnt mean to get you all fired up man. Warriors are also looking forward to a rematch with the All-Star team from various counties.

By the way Warriors handled the Bulls by 10 with 6 players. Wolfpack lost to the Bulls with 6 players.

Congratulations to Omega Flight and the NKY Wildcats for finishing the first session @ SOAS undefeated. The NKY Wildcats finished their last game in style defeating the Wolfpack 35-22 with 4 starters sitting most of the 4th period. Looking forward to hearing more positive news about both teams throughout the basketball season.

Flight has a nice ballclub. I saw a little of their game one week and they have a nice mix of size and guard play. The Neff boy is a beast and Pangallo,Gray and Whitford have very nice skills as well. Question: Does McDonald play with this group as well?

McDonald does play with Omega. He has missed the last two games due to school tournament game conflicts.

So you have twin towers. Nice !!!

Now you know I have to back the Bulls up on this one... If you look at the game on paper, I'd say the Bulls lost that bad. We were all there and it really was about a 3 point victory... I'm staying out of the fight here, just wanted to point that out... We will all see in the Tournament when the boys can decide this thing... Good luck to all...

Twin very skilled towers...:thumb:

Can they stop the Superman (Stanley) that attends Ockerman and plays for the Wolfpack?????

When I saw the 2 play in Gtown, Superman had at least 20 with 5 or 6 blocked shots.....

Omega might need a 3rd tower with kryptonite in it to stop Superman.

Stanley is very good and probably top three in the state for sixth graders..I guess we'll have to see..Omega doesn't have just one stud to carry them it is a total team effort every game..:thumb:

LOL, I know man. Until Sampson blew up and fouled out it was very tight. Warriors did take care of business though and that is turning out to be a key victory. Bulls are a very good team and this tourney is wide open for 5 or 6 teams. I would say the biggest victories for the Warriors so far are their wins over the Bulls and Flash.

Should be a fun tournament to watch this weekend.
