Very good debate. Both candidates performed much better than expected. The one area that Palin outdid Biden was in promoting her presidential candidate. Biden debated more as if he were the presidential candidate. Both stated and defended their positions well.

I'm perfectly thrilled with Biden's presence. When he was speaking to the foreign policy issues, there could be no question of his authority there. He didn't have to think about it. He knows...and he knows it inside and out.

I've met people from Pakistan and they did NOT say POCK as in POCKET when they spoke to me, I guess they must have been too Americanized now. Obama was to the ridiculous side of the pronunciation.
