Probably some verbage that added fuel to the fire. I really don't have a problem with it.

I do. 3 on 1 like that? Garbage.

Didn't see anyone doing anything illegal. If it was an illegal chop block or something like that I would agree with you. After the shot he took on the offensive lineman on the offside he should've expected something coming his way.

Punching him in the face wasn't illegal?

I think it was a clean play until then..

Same guy that smashed Grutza's head in to the ground after he had broken his leg. Karma is a, well, you know the rest...

The dude sucker pushed an offensive guard on a clearly dead ball play. The next play, UW did a clean student-body-on-Granger play. I didn't see any face punching, I did see the center pushing down on his chest. He got rolled and rolled on his leg funny.

This is football. Anyone who thinks this is inappropriate needs to watch Rachel Ray or something else. Dude needs to suck it up, or learn how to take a fall, or something. But this stuff is commonplace.

It appeared to me that the coach called a play where it wouldn't hurt for 3 to go against 1 because everyone was still blocked and the play worked. With that said, I would be fine with this, except for #72. He shouldn't have been (what appeared to me jabbing his face mask multiple times). Injuries are part of the game, everyone has to live with them. If you choose to strap them up then you may have to take on 11, that is my take. I wish he hadn't got hurt but I also wish he wasn't as cocky as he is either.

What was/is Washington's resonse to all of this?

Do you have a video link? Not denying, just interested in seeing it.

I'd say the above title is a little misleading also. It was a straight forward block, big difference in that and being hit. It just makes it sound like he was hit late or something, where it was clean blocking, even if he was outnumbered.

100% CLEAN.

If you cant do the time, dont do the crime............

It's from the back angle, so it's tough to see. Right after Grutza goes down you can see his left arm shove Dustin's head in to the ground, and then a UC lineman react...

I don't know if you would call that punching. More like slapping or something but not punching.

What is his injury?

While I wouldn't hope for a young guy to get hurt, I am happy about the "karma"
