If the Camp was healthy I would feel better about their chances. With the Flu bug and the injuries they are suffering it looks like the Bears will record their first win in school history. One word of advice to the Bears, watch out for the halfback pass....lol

Guarantee that they will not be overlooked. Lynn Camp is a good fundamentally sound team that is no puchover for anyone. I would look for a lot more of that depth to shine this week, there will be more guys getting more looks and touches, as the season progresses a lot of the team will be producing, it just one game and people think there is no depth.

I don't see a blowout unless LC just puts the ball in the grass a lot. If we play our game and sustain drives, not a lot of room for a blowout. We'll be as ready or more ready than most teams that they will play this year. I'm actually happy to have them on the schedule.

They only gave up less than 50 yards of rushing and less than that in passing in the 1st half. Banks only had a good game because of his size and ability to score inside the 10-15 yard line. Other than that the Bear defense looked pretty solid. Only 1 long run was broke and that was on a flea flicker.

Lynn Camp will need to a better job this week of holding on to the ball. This will be a physical game, LC will need to continue to fly to football like they did last week. I hope LC comes into the game fired up, they lacked intensity last week. If LC can get long drives going to help with the depth that Harlan County has they have a shot.

I think Harlan County's defense looked pretty good against LCC. I hope HDE is right and T.J. Green will help by providing some FIRE! It will take a little while to develop a leader, I know the boys are a team and that showed agings LCC, but I would imagine their is still a little animosity between having leaders. It will work itself out if it hasn't already. If the Bears play like they did against Letcher Central I think they should win. They will be hungry for that first win after coming so close last week.

The defense really only gave up 28 points. 7 points came against a fumble return from a missed blocking assignment on the offense and the other 7 came with 9 seconds remaining when Harlan County went for the 1st down and gave LCC the ball on their 25 yard line and I believe everyone thought he was taking a knee instead of bottlegging the ball but that is neither here nor there. 18 points is pretty good against that team, I bet they will double that average during the rest of their games.

Did any of the turnovers result in points fo HC? One would think that if the D gave you six take-aways that the O should be in great shape to get a big win. IMHO
