Concession Stands

Featured Replies

Well, most of us start a few months of surviving on hot dogs, M&Ms and watered down cokes tomorrow night.

What are some of the strangest things you have seen offered at concession stands?

Where are the best concessions located at?

(I have seen soup beans on menus at some of the Concessions in the mountains!)

Taco in a bag - a bag of fritos with cheese sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and chilly in the Frito's bad, served with a fork. Actually pretty good. Only seen it once in Southern Ohio though.

I think I've seen this called a walking taco. They're not bad.

I seen walking chili as well.

Played at Central last year and they had folks manning some grills. Really good BBQ. Kept me warm on a cool night.

The "Ram Grill" at Raceland has some killer Sausage dogs (brats). Racleand's concessions are as good as any around our area.

I don't know if any of them do it or not, but by golly, there ought to be some NoKy school grillin' up some goetta dogs.

I would be down for that :ylsuper::ylsuper::ylsuper::ylsuper:

A Pita and Gyro, very messy and sloppy.

Very nice.

I think some of the best food I have had is down in Fulton County in their little concession stand they got there on the end. They serve up some of the best ribeye sandwiches I have ever had.

AKA--"The Walking Taco". :D

Had my first walking taco at Mason County Football game about 10 years ago when I was scouting for Lloyd. I don't remember if it was West or East Carter they always had the best Chili cookoff during the football season. Raceland great concession stand and of course Russell always took care of us when we scouted them. Now best cheeseburger in Ky is at Lloyd High School concession and make that a double. JD

Pulaski used to serve the best chilly cheese fries around-BRING THEM BACK PLEASE!!
