August 28, 200818 yr What is your #1 concern in the UK -vs- UL game? Mine rests solely on the lack of depth that U of L has. The weather is supposed to be near 90 degrees, and that poses a late game threat..
August 28, 200818 yr This game is all about which QB can manage the game best, IMO. The team that gets the most consistent quality at the position will win the game. When was the last time both of these teams had such a big question mark at QB in this rivalry?

August 28, 200818 yr The quarterback and the wide outs are my biggest concern. With the inexperience of both of these position, its gonna be hard for UK to pull this one out, but I sure hope they do.
August 28, 200818 yr QB is far from UL's biggest concern. :thumb: There is no question mark whatsoever at the QB spot for UL. JMO.
August 28, 200818 yr UK's running game! They got a real good trio of running backs but if they don't get the running game going then UK will definitely lose. I don't see UK being able to rely just on Hartline right now, he is just too inexperienced. UK must get the running game going!
August 28, 200818 yr RockPride hit the nail on the head for UofL. Depth could be a real issue this season for the Cards. For UK, QB and WR keep me on the edge of my seat. But my biggest concern is that UofL jumps out to an early two TD lead and our inexperience REALLY comes into play as the crowd ratchets up the intensity. Hung heads = bad news (for either team) Coming out of the gate is critical.
August 28, 200818 yr After watching UK's spring game I would say WR. I thought Hartline looked pretty good in there but there were a lot of drops. As far UL, I would say LB's, DB's, OL, WR, kicking game & depth. Edited August 28, 200818 yr by Xtiger69
