The cheerleaders with the white cotton pullovers just bursting at the chest and making you wonder what's under? The maddening 'fight on' bits played by the band throughout the game? Will Farrell at every game? Someone show me some love here. Tell me you hate 'em just because you admire them so much. Admit it, you want to be there.

I would love to go to an SC game, especially for the bolded above. I just can't get on their bandwagon for some reason. I think the main reason is because my older brother was a fan of the Trojans, so I could never like them!

July 31, 200818 yr From an OSU fan's stand point... I would say that OSU is proud to be hated. If your hated, then you must be doing something right, because others are jealous. My personal stand point, I think it's ridiculous to hate a group of 18-21 year old kids. I may not like Michigan but i'm not hoping there players get injured and wish bad things upon them. OSU has a chance to prove themselves to UM each year, either they do or don't. I certainly argee with the bolded :thumb:. I feel the same in being a Yankee fan as well, the more they cheer against OSU and the Yankees the better. As for your other comment I also agree. I do not hate the ones that I listed, I dislike them greatly but I do not wish any kid on any team hurt. I will say that being an OSU fan that up untill going into this season I can honestly say that although I had a dislike for Michigan I certainly respected them. Bo Schembechler was a legend and I like Lloyd Carr and thought that he was a class individual. Now that RR is there, I cannot respect them bc of RR, just imo he is a no class individual. Go Buckeyes!!!!

July 31, 200818 yr I love this game so much I really don't "hate" any team, but when the season starts I pull real hard for some to lose. I do "hate" when players get hurt or in trouble. I pull for all the local teams, but will pull for the Cats over the Cards (SEC) but tomorrow I might go the other way. I like several players /coaches for the Cards. I really don't know why I even posted on here. Enjoyed reading the comments.
July 31, 200818 yr 1. Oklahoma- I HATE everything about that program. Nothing but a bunch of dirty cheaters and all they ever get is a slap on the wrist. Dirtiest program in the nation. Not to mention their fans are complete morons. 2. Notre Dame- Basically for all the same reasons that everyone has already stated. 3. Miami/UF/FSU- Just dont care for any of the big 3 florida schools. 4. Colorado- Another programs with a lot of fans that are idiots. They are not even a has been they are a never was.

July 31, 200818 yr Hate is a strong word... I have a distaste for some schools: UC and Kentucky come to mind. But there is one school that towers above all others: Ohio State. It's not that I hate anything about the program itself, but you try going to school in central Ohio and not hate the Buckeyes by the time you graduate. I can honestly trace back the moment... We were sitting on our front porch watching TV (I know, you don't have to say anything) when someone came up, noticed we were watching football and asked, "Did we win today?" I looked over and noticed his Ohio State shirt. I responded simply: "Yes, we beat Valparaiso at their place." (Go Dayton Flyers!) As he walked off confused, I thought of two things: 1) How do you claim the right to refer to a school as "We" when you don't even know whether they won or lost? and 2) I really hated the fact that all those guys were in the presence of so many Ohio State fans all the time that they just assumed every one in Dayton must be a fan. I'm proud to say that I went to college in Ohio for four years and never lived with an Ohio State fan. Of course, I did live with a Kentucky fan... but that's a story for another time.
July 31, 200818 yr I like UL, UK, and Michigan. Teams I dislike are OSU, USC, WV, Rutgers, and all the SEC besides UK. Sometimes when a team wins all the time I slowly start to dislike them. Other times it's a teams fans. Most my friends are huge UK fans and so am I, but I can't be around them after a UK win or a UL loss.
